For a great BBQ, start smart with FlopMo's All Purpose BBQ Rub.
My favorite meal is grilled chicken with vegetables. I have tried a lot of different types of grilled chicken, but it always was too dry or was tough. I wanted to come up with a recipe for juicy grilled chicken.
First, get 2-4 boneless skinless chicken breast, rinse the chicken, and pat dry. Shake on some FlopMo's and don't be shy with the seasoning. Chicken should be well coated on both sides.
Allow seasoned meat to rest for about 30 minutes while you get your grill ready.
For a gas grill, cut your grill on high heat. For a charcoal grill, get your charcoal ready to grill over an open flame.
Side note, for those using a charcoal grill, make sure to leave yourself a safe spot (no charcoal in that area) to make sure that if the flame flares up, you have a warm spot to place your chicken. I usually place my charcoals on one side of my grill and leave the other side without charcoal.
Grill chicken over heat until an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
Allow the meat to rest for around 5 minutes in a warm area (microwave or oven that is off) before slicing.
Slice the chicken across the breast short ways and enjoy.
